Copyright and intellectual property

Last updated: September 15, 2026

© 2026 TikForge. All rights reserved.

This Copyright Notice ("Notice") describes TikForge's intellectual property rights in the website, software, applications, games and all distributed content, the permitted and prohibited uses, and the legal consequences of infringement. It applies to anyone who visits https://tikforge.net and its subdomains or uses TikForge products and services in any way, with or without an account.

This Notice supplements the Terms of Service, in particular the provisions on use of the software, prohibited uses and intellectual property.

Article 1 – Ownership of rights

All content and materials referred to in this Notice are owned exclusively by TikForge or are used by TikForge under licence. They are protected by the Italian copyright law (Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941, the "Copyright Law"), the Italian Industrial Property Code (Legislative Decree No. 30 of 10 February 2005), the Italian Civil Code, European Union law and the relevant international treaties, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

Protection arises when a work is created and requires no registration or filing. The absence of the © symbol on a specific piece of content does not mean that the content is free to use.

Article 2 – Protected content

Protected content includes, by way of example and without limitation:

  • the tikforge.net website and its subdomains, including structure, graphics, layout, texts, translations, images, icons, animations and videos;
  • the TikForge app for Windows, the Minecraft plugins, the GTA V mod, the Roblox games, the web games and any other software distributed by TikForge, together with its source and object code, assets, models, maps, sounds and original music;
  • the dashboard, Actions & Events, overlays, TTS and every other feature of the service, including interfaces, screens, flows, and game and operating logic;
  • the name "TikForge", the former name "TikGameX", the logo and every other distinctive sign;
  • the wiki, guides, tutorials, update announcements and all documentation;
  • databases and catalogues (games, gifts, actions, preset profiles) and their structure.

Article 3 – Software and databases

Computer programs are protected as works of authorship under Articles 2(8) and 64-bis et seq. of the Copyright Law. Protection covers source code and object code, structure, architecture and preparatory material.

Databases are protected under Article 2(9) of the Copyright Law and, for the investment made by TikForge in creating them, by the database maker's right set out in Articles 102-bis and 102-ter of the same law.

Article 4 – Name, logo and distinctive signs

The name "TikForge", the logo and the other distinctive signs belong to TikForge. They may not be used, not even in a similar, shortened or modified form, in product or service names, domain names, social media accounts and channels, promotional materials or in any other way likely to cause confusion with TikForge or to suggest an affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist. Unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of rights in distinctive signs and an act of unfair competition under Article 2598 of the Italian Civil Code.

Article 5 – No transfer of rights

Accessing the website, creating an account or purchasing a subscription does not transfer any intellectual property right to the user. The user receives only the personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence described in the Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to TikForge.

Article 6 – Prohibited uses

Unless TikForge has given written authorisation or mandatory law provides otherwise, it is prohibited to:

  • copy, reproduce, duplicate, systematically download or store, in whole or in part, the website, the software or any protected content;
  • replicate, imitate or clone the service, its design, interface, features, games or their operating logic, even by rewriting the code from scratch, in order to create identical or confusingly similar products or services;
  • modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works from TikForge content;
  • decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software, except in the cases and within the limits expressly permitted by Articles 64-ter and 64-quater of the Copyright Law;
  • distribute, sell, resell, rent, sublicense, publish or make available to the public, even free of charge, the software, files, plugins, mods, assets or other content;
  • remove, alter or conceal copyright notices, trademarks, logos or other indications of ownership;
  • circumvent, disable or tamper with technological protection measures and licence verification systems;
  • extract data or content through scraping, bots, crawlers or other automated tools;
  • use TikForge content to train artificial intelligence systems or to build competing services.

TikForge expressly reserves text and data mining of its content under Article 70-quater of the Copyright Law.

Article 7 – Permitted uses

The following are permitted without authorisation:

  • browsing the website and using the services for personal use, in compliance with the Terms of Service;
  • streaming live, recording and publishing videos of your own streams in which TikForge games and overlays appear in operation, without redistributing their files;
  • sharing links to the website's pages;
  • quoting short extracts of the content for the purposes of criticism, discussion or review, citing the source and within the limits of Article 70 of the Copyright Law.

Article 8 – Third-party trademarks and content

TikTok, Minecraft, Roblox, Grand Theft Auto V and the other third-party names, trademarks and logos mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners and are used solely to indicate the compatibility of the service. TikForge is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those parties. TikTok gift images and names remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Content uploaded by users (for example images, sounds or texts used in Actions & Events and in overlays) remains the property of its respective authors. By uploading it, the user declares that they hold the necessary rights and grants TikForge the limited licence strictly required to provide the service.

Article 9 – Consequences of infringement

TikForge monitors the use of its content and reserves the right to enforce its rights before any competent authority, even without prior notice, against anyone who infringes them or contributes to their infringement.

Measures on the service

  • immediate suspension or closure of the account and revocation of the licence, without refund of periods already paid, to the extent permitted by law;
  • notices to hosting providers, app stores, marketplaces and social media platforms requesting the removal of infringing content, including under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and, where applicable, the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Civil remedies

  • injunctions ordering the infringement to stop and prohibiting its repetition, including interim and urgent measures, with a possible sum payable for each subsequent infringement or delay (Articles 156 and 163 of the Copyright Law);
  • description, inspection and seizure of the materials and tools used for the infringement (Articles 161 et seq. of the Copyright Law);
  • removal or destruction of infringing copies and of the means used to produce them;
  • compensation for all damage suffered, including loss of profit, which may also be calculated on the basis of the profits made through the infringement or of the fee that would have been due for authorisation (Article 158 of the Copyright Law and Article 2043 of the Italian Civil Code);
  • publication of the decision at the infringer's expense;
  • actions for unfair competition (Articles 2598 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code) and for the protection of distinctive signs.

Criminal liability

Copyright infringement may constitute a criminal offence and is prosecuted by the judicial authorities. For information purposes, the Copyright Law provides, among other things, for:

  • Article 171: a fine of €51 to €2,065 for anyone who, without being entitled to do so, reproduces, disseminates or makes a protected work available to the public, including over telecommunication networks;
  • Article 171-bis: imprisonment from six months to three years and a fine of €2,582 to €15,493 for anyone who unlawfully duplicates computer programs for profit or distributes, sells or holds them for commercial purposes, and for anyone who, for profit, unlawfully reproduces or disseminates the contents of a database;
  • Article 171-ter: imprisonment from six months to three years and a fine of €2,582 to €15,493 for the unlawful conduct for profit described therein;
  • confiscation of the tools and materials and publication of the conviction.

The penalties listed are for information only: whether and to what extent they apply is decided by the judicial authorities under the law in force at the time of the facts.

Article 10 – Reporting an infringement

If you find unauthorised copies of TikForge's website, software or content, or you believe that content on TikForge infringes your rights, write to tikforge@outlook.com stating:

  • the name, surname and contact details of the person reporting or of the organisation on whose behalf they act;
  • the work or right believed to be infringed;
  • the exact address (URL) or a precise description of the disputed content;
  • a statement of good faith that the information provided is accurate and complete;
  • the signature, including an electronic signature, of the person reporting.

TikForge reviews every complete report and, if it is well founded, promptly takes the necessary measures. Knowingly false reports may give rise to liability for the person who sends them.

Article 11 – Permission requests

Uses not covered by Article 7 (for example using the name or logo in articles, collaborations, promotional materials or third-party projects) require permission, which can be requested at tikforge@outlook.com. Permission is valid only if granted by TikForge in writing, within the limits stated in it, and may be revoked at any time.

Article 12 – Governing law and jurisdiction

This Notice is governed by Italian law. For disputes with parties who are not acting as consumers, the Specialised Business Section of the Court of Rome (Tribunale di Roma) has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence, where more favourable, and the jurisdiction of the courts of their place of residence or domicile.

This Notice is published in several languages; in the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Italian text prevails.

Article 13 – Changes

TikForge may update this Notice at any time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
