This Cookie Policy describes which cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's localStorage) TikForge uses on the site https://tikforge.net, on its subdomains and in the web games.

It supplements the Privacy Policy, which should be read together with it.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the site saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as localStorage, save information in the browser in the same way. They are used to make the site work, to remember your choices and, if used, for statistics or advertising.

2. What we use

We use only technical tools, necessary for the site to work. We do not use statistical, profiling or marketing cookies, nor tools such as Google Analytics.

Some web games also use sessionStorage to reload correctly: it is deleted automatically when the tab is closed.

3. Third-party services

PayPal — only on the payment page, when you start a purchase: PayPal may set its own technical and anti-fraud cookies, according to its privacy policy;
Google Fonts — loads the site's fonts; it does not set tracking cookies, but transmits your IP address to Google.

4. Legal basis and consent

The technical tools listed above are necessary to provide the service you request and, according to the guidelines of the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority), do not require consent. For this reason the notice that appears on the first visit is for information only, with the "Got it" button. If in the future we introduce non-necessary cookies, we will activate them only after asking for your consent.

5. How to manage them

Log out of your account to delete the session cookie. You can block or delete cookies and saved data from your browser settings: if you block tgx.sid2 you will not be able to stay logged in to the site, and if you clear localStorage the web games lose the settings saved on the device.

6. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy; the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
