Welcome to TikForge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://tikforge.net, the TikForge desktop app, and the games, mods, plugins, overlays, updates and all services offered by TikForge.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or a pass, or using the software, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms. Anyone who does not accept them may not use the services.
TikForge connects the user's public TikTok LIVE, identified by their username, to a library of games and overlays: gifts, likes, new followers, shares and comments received during the LIVE trigger, in real time, the actions the user has configured (for example explosions, vehicles, sound effects, text-to-speech of comments, on-screen leaderboards).
Today the service includes, depending on the content available at the time:
The status of each game (available, under maintenance, coming soon) is shown on the site and in the app. TikForge may add, modify or remove games and features over time, including for technical reasons or because of changes to third-party platforms, without this constituting a breach.
The TikTok username and the Roblox ID are data the user types into the app themselves: this is not a login with TikTok or Roblox, and TikForge never asks for or receives the related passwords. A TikTok username or a Roblox ID can be linked to only one TikForge account at a time. The user must link only accounts they own.
TikForge reads only the public events of the LIVE, visible to anyone watching it, and does not post, comment, follow or change anything on the user's behalf on TikTok or Roblox.
Linking a Discord account is optional and takes place with Discord's authorization: it is used to join the TikForge Discord server and to receive the role reserved for subscribers while access is active.
The user is responsible for having a compatible device, connection and games: in particular a legitimate copy of GTA V and of Minecraft, and Java for the Minecraft server. The preconfigured Minecraft server runs on the user's PC, and the user is responsible for it; TikForge does not provide hosting for game servers.
The GTA V mod is intended exclusively for story mode: it must not be used on GTA Online or on multiplayer servers, where mods are prohibited and may lead to penalties on the game account, for which TikForge is not liable.
TikForge is reserved for people who are at least 18 years old. By registering, the user declares that they are at least 18 years old. TikForge may close accounts it learns belong to minors.
The user undertakes to provide true and up-to-date data, to verify their email address, to keep their password safe and not to create accounts in the name of others or for fraudulent purposes. The account is personal: it may not be shared, transferred or sold. The user is responsible for everything that happens through their account.
Prices, in euros and inclusive of any applicable taxes, are those shown on the site and in the app at the time of purchase. Payments are handled by PayPal (PayPal account or card; Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available, only for passes). TikForge does not receive or store card data.
TikForge may change prices in the future. For subscriptions already active, the new price applies only after it has been communicated to the user, who may cancel before the renewal.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Subscription section of the app or from one's PayPal account. After cancellation no further charges are made and access remains active until the end of the period already paid. Until the period has ended, renewal can be reactivated from the app.
If a charge fails, access remains active until the end of the period already paid and is then suspended.
Access to TikForge's digital content and services begins immediately after payment. Before paying, the user expressly requests immediate performance and declares that they are aware that by doing so they lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letters a) and o), of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). This choice is recorded at the time of purchase.
Consequently, all payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part: not for cancellation, not for non-use, not for deletion of the account, not for closure of the account due to a breach of these Terms, and not for the remaining days of a subscription, a pass or a code.
Only the rights that the law grants to consumers on a mandatory basis remain unaffected, such as the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services (arts. 135-octies et seq. of the Consumer Code).
The purchase does not transfer ownership of the software. While access is active, the user receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the software for their own LIVE streams. Some features or games may also be available without a subscription or during a trial.
The user may upload or import images, videos, audio, logos and text (for example for actions, overlays and Minecraft packs). They declare that they hold the rights to it and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties or the law. They grant TikForge the free, limited license necessary to store, process and display it for the sole purpose of providing the service. TikForge may remove content that is unlawful or reported as such.
It is prohibited, among other things, to:
An agency may invite creators by email; the creator becomes part of the agency only by accepting the invitation. While the creator is part of it, the agency sees the creator's name, masked email, TikTok username and subscription status. To leave an agency, the creator may ask the agency to remove them or write to support. The agency is responsible for the proper use of this data.
Whoever owns a referral code sees, for each person who registered with that code, the masked email, the TikTok username and the registration date.
Support is provided through tickets on the TikForge Discord server and by email. In tickets, the first reply comes from an automated assistant based on artificial intelligence, which may make mistakes: it cannot grant refunds, extensions or exceptions, which only the staff decide. The user may ask at any time to speak with a person.
TikForge is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Roblox, Mojang, Microsoft, Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Discord or PayPal. The trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Operation depends on external platforms that may change or limit their features at any time. TikForge is not liable for the resulting interruptions or malfunctions, nor for any penalties such platforms apply to the user.
TikForge's software, games, logos, trademarks, graphics, texts, sounds, videos, documentation and code are protected by intellectual property laws. Any use not authorized in writing is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
The app updates automatically; some updates may be necessary to continue using the service. TikForge does its best to keep the service available but does not guarantee that it is free of interruptions or errors: maintenance and issues are reported on the status page.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TikForge is not liable for indirect damages, loss of earnings, viewers or data, nor for malfunctions due to third parties or to the user's device or connection. Liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, and the other cases in which the law does not allow limitations, remain unaffected.
The user may delete their account at any time from the app (Home → Danger zone). Deletion is immediate and permanent, automatically cancels any PayPal subscription and forfeits any remaining access, without refund.
TikForge may suspend or close, even without notice, accounts that breach these Terms or the law, or whose payments are disputed or reversed, notifying the user when reasonably possible.
TikForge may amend these Terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Material changes are communicated by email or in the app before they take effect. By continuing to use the service after they take effect, the user accepts them; anyone who does not accept them may cancel and delete their account.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory protections of their country of residence and the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remain unaffected.
